General terms of sale

Version 2026-10-29 · in force since 29.10.2026

The essentials. CHF 300, one-time payment, for one website. No subscription, no free trial. Your list appears as soon as the analysis is complete. Once the list is displayed, the product has been delivered and is not refundable, except in the event of a fault, a duplicate or mistaken payment, or a fraudulent payment (article 7).

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern the sale of SwissLaunchKit by Karman Consulting Sàrl, Chemin du Carré 8b, 1271 Givrins, Switzerland, UID CHE-396.156.863, hello@swisslaunchkit.ch (“we”), to anyone who buys a right of use (“the customer”), whether buying for their business or in a personal capacity.

The customer accepts them by ticking the box provided before payment. The version that applies is the one in force on the day of the order. Its number appears at the top of this document and in the confirmation email, which attaches it as a PDF.

2. What SwissLaunchKit provides

For the website named by the customer, SwissLaunchKit provides a digital pack:

The customer checks each text and sends it themselves. We send nothing on their behalf. Each source remains free to accept, refuse or charge for a listing: we guarantee neither publication nor any commercial result. The information on the sources (terms, prices, lead times) is that recorded on the date shown and may have changed since.

3. Account

The purchase is attached to an account opened with an email address. Login is by a link sent to that address, with no password. The customer ensures that only they have access to their inbox and is responsible for the use of their account.

4. Price and payment

5. Order process

  1. The customer enters their email address, reads these terms and ticks the box by which they request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once the list is displayed, they lose their right of withdrawal and any refund for a change of mind (article 7).
  2. They click the payment button (“Pay CHF 300 and create my account”, or “Buy for CHF 300” if they already have an account) and pay on Stripe's secure page. Until that click, they can go back and correct their address or their order. The contract is concluded on successful payment.
  3. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the account opens at that address and the customer goes straight in; if they already had an account, the purchase is added to it.
  4. We confirm the order without delay by email, with these terms as a PDF.
  5. The account receives a licence for one website, which the customer uses at a time of their choosing.

6. One purchase, one website

A purchase gives the right to analyse one website only. When the first analysis is started, SwissLaunchKit warns the customer that the licence will be tied to that website. Once the analysis is started, the licence remains tied to that website permanently: it can no longer be moved to another address. For another website, for example a second business, the customer buys a new licence.

As long as no analysis has been started, the customer may freely change the address entered. The result, the profile, the sender and the prepared emails remain attached to the website and can be found on any device connected to the account, for at least 24 months after the purchase and for as long as the account is in use: they are deleted only after 24 months without a login.

7. Delivery, right of withdrawal and refunds

  1. Subject matter. SwissLaunchKit provides, for the website named at the time of the order, a digital pack: the list of places to announce yourself in Switzerland, the profiles written and the emails prepared. The pack is delivered in digital form, in the customer area, as soon as the first analysis is complete.
  2. Immediate delivery. When ordering, the customer expressly requests that delivery begin immediately, before the expiry of any right-of-withdrawal period that might apply. The service is deemed provided as soon as the first complete list is displayed in the customer area (“delivery”).
  3. No right of withdrawal. Swiss law does not provide a right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online. Should such a right apply (in particular to a consumer resident in the European Union), the customer acknowledges, by ticking the box provided before payment, that they lose this right on delivery. A confirmation is sent to them by email.
  4. No refund after delivery. After delivery, the price is not refunded for a change of mind, non-use or abandonment of the project.
  5. Guaranteed refunds. The price is refunded in full: a) if the customer requests it before any delivery, within 30 days of payment; b) in the event of a duplicate or mistaken payment, for the excess amount; c) if, following a fault or defect in the tool, no usable list can be delivered and a new analysis, carried out within 5 working days of the customer reporting it, also fails; d) in the event of a fraudulent payment. The customer's other mandatory rights are reserved.
  6. Requests. Any request should be sent to hello@swisslaunchkit.ch. We respond within 2 working days. Before disputing a payment with their bank, the customer is invited to write to us: most problems are settled with a single reply.

An analysis that fails or returns no result does not count as delivery. If the list does not match the customer's activity, we will gladly run a new analysis or correct the list with them.

8. What the customer undertakes to do

9. Liability

We take all reasonable care to measure the sources and keep the tool running. The sources are third parties: we are not responsible for their decisions, for changes to their terms or prices, or for their availability.

The warranty for defects is replaced by the new analysis and the refund provided for in article 7, within the limits of art. 100 and 199 CO.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for slight negligence is excluded, and any other liability is limited to the price paid for the licence concerned. These limits do not apply in cases of wilful intent or gross negligence (art. 100 CO), nor in other cases where the law prohibits them.

10. Personal data

The processing of data, including the sending of the text of the analysed website to our artificial intelligence provider in the United States, is described in the privacy policy.

11. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. Each new version carries a new number and applies only to orders placed after its publication.

12. Governing law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction, in particular that of the consumer. For a consumer resident abroad, the mandatory rules of their country of residence remain reserved where they apply.
