Nothing goes out without you: the tool prepares, you review, you send from your own mailbox.

The tool reads several pages and builds your company profile: what you do, for whom, where. You review and correct it. A few optional questions, including “what must never be said”.

You write your base email once. When you open a source, the AI rewrites it for that source, in its language. You review it, then send it yourself.

Can I get a refund?
Before your list appears, yes: within 30 days of payment you get a full refund. Once the list is displayed, the product has been delivered and the price is not refunded if you change your mind. Still refunded: a duplicate or mistaken payment, an outage that prevents us from delivering a usable list (after a new analysis within 5 working days), a fraudulent payment. The details are in the terms of sale (in French).
Which languages are the emails in?
In the language of each source: German, French, Italian or English. You write your base email once; for a Zurich source it is rewritten in German, for a Ticino source in Italian. The tool’s interface is in French for now.
How many sources will my company get?
It depends on what you do, your cantons and your languages. A neighbourhood shop does not have the same sources as software sold across Switzerland: 126 sources are national, the others are cantonal, regional or municipal and are added depending on where you are. You see the exact count at the end of the analysis.
What happens to my data?
To read your website and draft your emails, excerpts of your site’s public text, your profile and your base email are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, in the United States. It does not use them to train its models and deletes them within 30 days, subject to the exceptions in its terms. Your email address and payment details are not sent to it. Everything is in the privacy policy (in French).
Are the emails sent automatically?
No. Each email opens in your mail app, under your name; you review it and send it. Sources that require a form or a sign-up page take you straight there.
How do I log in?
Without a password: you enter your email address and receive a link, valid for 15 minutes, that lets you in.
Why one purchase per website?
The list and the emails are built for one company: its business, its cantons, its languages. At the first run, the right is tied to that website for good. For a second company, you buy a second right.
